Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cold filtered water
  • handful of berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) – frozen or fresh
  • huge handful of kale or spinach
  • 1 scoop of whey or vegan protein
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp of ground flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp of Hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp of Moringa leaf powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp of Ashwaganda powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp of Spirulina (optional)

*Blend all ingredients listed above in a high speed blender. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with Chia and Hemp seeds , granola and any fruit of your choice. Enjoy!
