Raspberry Chia Fresca
Who doesn’t love a new drink to try that will actually support your gut health, encourage hydration and taste amazing!
Serves 2.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/4 cup chia seeds
3 cups coconut water
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
2 Tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Directions:
Simply add ingredients to your blender and blend!
